HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and MapleLotus.com. This extends our processing time to 2 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.
Following this, your package will arrive between 5-7 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

ORDER & TRACKING
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this normally takes 5-7 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
DELIVERY TIME
All orders are processed and packaged within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.
- Most US-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-72 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
We do apologize that shipment delay may occur due to weather conditions or if there is transportation delay caused by courier service.

What is your cancellation policy?
All products are final sale, due to the perishable nature of our product. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.
